- Cut off alcohol and smoking.
- Laugh often.
- Inhale fresh air always.
- Go on a medical checkup at least once a year
- Take sufficient sleep every day
- Take food supplements
- Pray about your health too.
Road traffic and daily stress can be very demanding, but if you pay attention to your health by practicing these two easy methods, you would enjoy health and vitality and in no doubt achieve your goals.
The adage that “Health is Wealth” is still as valid as the daytime.
